Abstract: We consider the near-rings of formal power series of [2]. Subsets of they, constituted by elements in which certain classes of coefficients are null, are demonstrated to be subnear- rings; in the case of Cartan’s near-rings, for some of they modifications in the sense of the «Dickson process» ([5]) are possible.
